Oman Football Association today confirmed yet another new commercial partnership, with the announcement that their new technology partner to be Oman Data Park, the first managed and cloud service provider in Oman.
The partnership will enable OFA to continue the improvements it has generated in its technology in the past twelve months, as well as providing support and guidance for the OFA’s technology strategy in the coming years.
Oman Football Association IT Director, Sultan Al-Zadjali was excited about the deal: “Oman Data Park will allow us to accelerate our IT improvements. We have been working with them for some time, their drive and motivation to become pioneer for cloud services for the sultanate is exciting. We have introduced a number of new initiatives aimed at improving our IT services in the last one year and there are more IT services to come online in the near future. The extended support from ODP will allow these improvements to be effected smoothly and with success.”
The deal will see Oman Data Park displayed at Oman National Team games as well as across the league, and the two partners will work on implementing improvements that will benefit football as a whole. This is likely to include an existing new Mobile Application that will provide many benefits to the football community.
